Parallel Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") sets forth its basic policy regarding the handling of Personal Information and other information (hereinafter referred to as this "Policy") as follows.

1 Definition of Personal Information

In this Policy, "Personal Information" has the same meaning as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the "APPI"), meaning information relating to a living individual that falls under either of the following: (i) information that can identify a specific individual by the name, date of birth, or other description contained in such information (including information that can be readily cross-referenced with other information, thereby enabling identification of a specific individual); or (ii) information that contains an individual identification code as defined in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

2 Compliance with Applicable Laws and Guidelines

The Company complies with the APPI and other applicable laws and regulations, the guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Commission (the "PPC"), this Policy, and its internal rules, and handles Personal Information in a lawful and appropriate manner.

When you use the Company's products, services, or applications (collectively, the "Products") or browse the Company's website, the Company may collect the following Personal Information and other information (collectively, "Information"). The Company collects such Information by lawful and appropriate means, and will not collect Information by deception or other wrongful means.

The following sets forth the Information the Company obtains from a third party with your separate consent.
